Thursday means House Day, and this week Diamonds brought the energy with a music-themed session full of fun and friendly competition. Students took part in activities like Name That Song and Singer, Finish the Lyrics, and Name a Song That Relates to a Word. There was also a chance to make Eco-Bricks to support the building of Piang Luang School, which serves Shan refugee communities near the Myanmar border.
In Name That Song and Singer, participants listened to a 30-second clip and earned one point for correctly identifying the song and another for the artist. Akoya came out on top with an impressive eighteen points, although the competition was tight, with second, third, and fourth place separated by just one point.

Meanwhile, Kru Leslie led the Finish the Lyrics activity, where Sapphire took first place. Diamonds and Emeralds followed closely behind, tying for second in another close round.
Over in the Fitness Center, Yujoo ran Name a Song That Relates to a Word, which challenged students to think quickly and creatively. Sapphire claimed another win here, with Black Diamonds, Akoya, and Emeralds close behind.
We have also seen a dramatic turn in the overall house standings. Emeralds have overtaken Akoya to move into first place, making the competition even more intense. The current standings are as follows: Emeralds in first with 2095 points, Akoya just behind with 2090, Black Diamonds in third with 1945, and Sapphire in fourth with 1705.
As you can see, the scores are incredibly close, and we are looking forward to even more heated competitions in the weeks ahead.
